Privacy policy

Effective October 25, 2026

Aragon Meridian LLC provides software and marketing operations for small service businesses, including Rellor, lead-response software for wedding vendors.

Information we process

Rellor processes business inquiries received in an account’s own Instagram inbox on that account’s behalf. This includes inquiry content and related contact information needed to prepare replies and notify the business owner or designated approver. For optional SMS alerts, we process the approver’s mobile number and retain their written consent.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the service on the account’s behalf, prepare drafted replies for review, send requested operational notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell inquiry data or share it for marketing.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data, including consent, are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver the requested service, such as sending SMS notifications.

Texts are sent only to business owners or designated approvers who opt in through written consent during onboarding. Messages concern inquiries needing attention and drafted replies awaiting approval. We do not send marketing messages or text leads through this program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS terms.

Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain consent records, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about retention or request deletion, email support@aragonmeridian.com.
